In Lebanon at the Linn County Health Department (1600 S Main Street):

No Cost Medical Clinic
Tuesday from 5pm-7:30pm. Patients are seen on a first come first served basis. If spots allow, last patient can sign-in no later than 6pm. COI can be reached at 541.758.3000

If you are looking for free and anonymous HIV and/or Hepatitis C testing that is outside of a doctor's office - Call the Harm Reduction Program at 541-740-0405 or 541-243-4394.  You can also email harm.reduction@co.benton.or.us 

If you are looking for STI testing, or HIV testing through a healthcare provider, please make an appointment through the Community Health Centers of Benton and Linn Counties.
